Owner/Contractor
Tyler Brown
Originally from Williamsport, PA, studied Community Development at the University of New Hampshire, then moved to Florida in 2008, where he met his wife. Her family’s pool business sparked his interest in construction management, and he soon discovered a love for design—focusing on trust, open communication, and seamless backyard transformations.
Design & Materials Specialist
April Chidester
Graduating with an Accounting degree from Stephen F. Austin University, she joined the company in 2022 to establish accounting systems and streamline operations. In 2023, she shifted to a design role, merging her financial expertise with creative design to enhance client experiences and support the company's growth.
Project Manager
Aaron Zappas
A seasoned construction professional with extensive project management experience, he joined the team in early 2024 to ensure the precise execution of pool projects. He excels in communicating construction plans to subcontractors, maintaining high quality and efficiency on every job site.
Certified Pool Technician
Blake McMullen
Joining the company in 2021 from East Texas Hydro Mulching, he evolved from a helper to a key team member in pool building. Committed to client satisfaction, he enjoys family activities and coaching his children’s sports teams during his free time.
Installation Specialist
Carlos Landeros
Joining in the summer of 2023 as a pool site worker, he quickly became essential for excavation and terrain integration. Known for his reliable work ethic and positive attitude, he balances his professional role with quality family time.
Accounting & Operations
Haley Davis
A Nacogdoches native, Haley earned her general business degree from Panola College and joined our team in 2025 to oversee our accounting and office operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and competing in barrel racing with her Quarter Horse, Denero.

Tyler Brown
Owner/Contractor
I'm Tyler Brown, originally from Williamsport, PA, known for its Little League baseball. My journey took me to the University of New Hampshire on a football scholarship, where I studied Community Development and minored in business.
Though I never imagined building pools in Texas, life had other plans. After graduating in 2008, I moved to Florida, where I met my wife, a native of Nacogdoches. Her family owned a pool business and offered me an internship in construction management. It wasn't my original path, but I embraced it.
Since then, I've immersed myself in the trade! My true passion lies in design. I relish the process of meeting clients, understanding their desires, and turning their dreams into reality. Their backyards become my blank canvas, and together, we create art.
What sets me apart is my unwavering dedication to excellence, my focus on building strong client relationships, and my belief in open and honest communication. Every project, I treat as if it were in my own backyard. Trust is paramount, and I take pride in being entrusted with clients' home investments.
