• 16' x 32' Half freeform/half straight-line pool w/ 8' circle raised hot tub and tanning ledge w/ 2x bubblers. Flagstone coping w/ antiqued mosaic waterline tile. Interior plaster is Blue Granite Pebble Sheen (Tyler's Favorite!) This one has stained/stamped concrete sealed w/ slip resistant sealer
• This project also features 2 koi ponds each with their own waterfalls and a stream connecting the two. Koi ponds are rubber lined w/ hand placed boulders that are glued together w/ eco-friendly caulk safe for the Koi. Each pond had LED color changing lights that sync w/ the pool!!!

• 14'x14' Outdoor kitchen w/ metal roof. All Stainless-steel Bull appliances, doors and drawers. Santa Cicilia granite counter tops w/ quartzite dry stack veneer stone.

18' x 38' w/ Raised spa spilling over onto a tanning ledge. This pool has a raised back wall w/ 3 sheer decent water features flowing out of it.
